At Focus Eye Care we are pleased to offer online appointment scheduling for your annual eye exam! Simply click the link below to schedule an appointment online with either of our eye doctors. You will be directed to our patient portal where you will choose your date/time and register for an online account.  After registering for an account you may be asked to reselect your date/time to confirm. You may also call our office at (515) 264-2445 to schedule same day appointments. At this time our online portal does not allow same day scheduling but we frequently are able to see you that day, so call us to inquire about an appointment!
